Incumbent Paul Bond won re-election for mayor of Oak Ridge North with 176 votes, or 87.13% of the votes cast in the May 2 election, according to unofficial results from Montgomery County Elections. Challenger Russell Dudley received 26 votes, or 12.87% of the vote.
Ahead of election day, Bond told Community Impact he hopes to continue the city's vision for the future with the completion of Robinson Road and improving walkability, among other goals.
This will be Bond's third term as mayor. He was first sworn in June 2019.

Incumbent Oak Ridge North Mayor Paul Bond is going up against challenger Russell Dudley in the May 2 mayoral election. It is for a two-year term.
All results are unofficial until canvassed at a later date.
What's happening
According to unofficial early and absentee voting results, Bond leads with 105 votes, 88.24% of the vote, while Dudley has 14 votes, or 11.76% of the vote.
