Ojo de Agua serves authentic Mexican and Mediterranean dishes, along with a beverage program that includes made-to-order juices, smoothies, teas, coffees and cocktails, according to its menu. It's the second location for the business, as previously reported by Community Impact.
What's on the menu
Featured menu items include Swiss enchiladas, which are white corn tortillas filled with chicken breast and covered in a roasted green sauce with melted manchego cheese; mahi mahi, cooked in a classic adobo marinade; and the Mexican bowl, which includes brown rice topped with beans, zucchini, baby corn, guacamole and cotija cheese.
The location is set to be 3,200 square feet and is estimated to cost around $750,000, per the filing. Renovations will begin Oct. 15, and it is anticipated to finish construction around May 2026, according to the filing. Details are subject to change.
