Per the business's Facebook page, the new location will be in a 6,000-square-foot space with plans to add a 2,000-square-foot covered patio. In addition, the new destination will feature ample parking.
The On the Kirb menu caters to a variety of lifestyles with vegan, keto and low-carb options including wings cooked in beef tallow. The eatery also offers organic taco Tuesdays and organic steak night on Wednesdays, per the Facebook post.
The new location is actively interviewing managers, servers, bartenders and barbacks, according to the business.
