Newman Development Corporation began a 50-acre development project at the intersection of Gosling and West Rayford roads in 2023, and when completed the project will include 120,000 square feet of retail and medical office space, according to a news release from the company.Lifetime Eyecare Associates


The eye care facility will occupy a newly constructed building for medical offices on Kuykendahl Road. Lifetime Eyecare Associates is an optometrist in The Woodlands area.Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care

The location is one of Memorial Hermann-GoHealth’s family centers, providing care for infants as young as 1 week old as well as children and adults. The facility provides general urgent care services for non-life-threatening conditions as well as COVID-19 testing.Space City Orthodontics

A new 8,000-square-foot medical building will include Space City Orthodontics, which will take up 3,120 square feet of space. Another medical tenant is sought for the remaining space.

The medical center developed by real estate development company Howard Hughes completed work on the 49,000-square-foot facility in early 2023 and was seeking tenants as of early 2024.Houston Methodist Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates

Houston Methodist officials announced in a news release the opening of a new obstetrics and gynecology office at The Woodlands hospital in a new office space. Nurix Therapeutics


The first building on the Nurix Therapeutics campus opened in October. Nurix is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Building 100 of the complex offers leasable laboratory space, and as of late 2023 it was 41% leased. Another 73,000 square feet is under construction, according to Nurix.WeMED Clinics
