XSpace Group announced Nov. 9 it will build a bespoke flexible space development in The Woodlands at Six Pines and Lake Woodlands drives that will break ground in 2024.

Spaces at the property will be available for purchase, according to the news release. The spaces are intended to be customized by entrepreneurs, collectors and hobbyists for a multitude of purposes for uses, including storage, offices, showrooms or personal usage.

What they're saying

“XSpace is a fresh style of nonresidential real estate class and represents the shifting way in which people are working and using bespoke flexible space,” XSpace founder Byron Smith said. “Customizable units can be used as a satellite office space, a showroom, a place to store luxury cars, a podcasting studio or a wide variety of nonresidential uses.”

“The Woodlands continues to attract innovative companies that are seeking to provide unique offerings to our community,” said Jim Carman, president of the Houston region for Howard Hughes.
