Wellman Manor nearly completed in Shenandoah, will include 32 homes

Work on the Wellman Manor community, located near Wellman Road and I-45 in Shenandoah, is nearing completion. According to developer David Weekley Homes, the last of 32 homes in the nearly 2-acre community are anticipated to be finished this fall. The deadline was pushed back from August.

Space: 2,518–3,175 square feet

Timeline: early 2020-fall 2021
