A new Whiskey Cake restaurant location is under construction at the Wood Ridge Plaza off I-45 in Oak Ridge North. The restaurant building is on track for completion by mid-June, according to John Belsert, Oak Ridge North’s community development director. The location began development last year after the previous building at the site was demolished and an expanded space was approved by the city.
