Nearly 20,000 COVID-19 vaccine doses are allocated for distribution across Montgomery County's two vaccine hubs and several other local providers during the first week of March.

CHI St. Luke's Health-The Woodlands Hospital's vaccination hub site is set to receive 8,190 doses of the Pfizer vaccine the week of March 1, while the Lone Star Family Health Center's Conroe hub site is set to receive a 2,500-dose shipment of the Moderna vaccine.

Additional Montgomery County providers set to receive vaccine shipments during the week of March 1 include Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital and the Montgomery County Public Health District, with allocations of 5,850 doses and 2,500 doses, respectively. Aspire Hospital, Script Experts Pharmacy and Solara Hospital Conroe were also allocated between 100 and 300 doses each this week, according to DSHS.

More than 137,000 vaccine doses, including just under 90,000 first and 47,470 second doses, have been reserved for Montgomery County providers through the first week of March.

According to Texas Department of State Health Services information, around 63% of all allocated first doses and 59% of second doses in the county have been administered as of Feb. 26. A total of 84,819 doses have been administered in the county, and 28,111 people are now fully vaccinated.
