The number of COVID-19 testing sites in Montgomery County has increased in recent weeks with the establishment of a countywide voucher program for free testing set up alongside drive-thru and walk-in testing available at private businesses in the area.

The voucher program is available for all county residents. Three clinics are participating with tests for symptomatic residents only, and two are open to both symptomatic and asymptomatic residents. Residents are eligible for one free test each and may register through the county by calling 936-523-5040 to receive their voucher and schedule a testing appointment. • Lone Star Family Health Center, 605 S. Conroe Medical Drive, Conroe (symptomatic only)
  • Woodlands Functional Family Medicine, 8000 McBeth Way, Ste. 190, The Woodlands (symptomatic and asymptomatic)
