Several new businesses have opened in early 2026 or are planning to open this year in The Woodlands area. Here is a look at a few of them, including a new restaurant and upcoming businesses in Hughes Landing and on Kuykendahl Road.
Williams Sonoma will open a 5,000-square-foot store at Hughes Landing Retail Row, Howard Hughes announced on March 25.
The store has a signature assortment of high-quality kitchenware, cookware, small appliances, home furnishings and gourmet food products, according to the news release.
2. The Back Nine Golf now open in ShenandoahThe Back Nine Golf Shenandoah is now open, owner Fernando Mladineo confirmed.
The Back Nine Golf is a 24/7 indoor golf experience that offers simulators, lessons, leagues and private events within a 3,000-square-foot building. The planned opening in Shenandoah was previously reported by Community Impact.
3. Mimi Garden expands with new Spring locationMimi Garden officials confirmed the eatery expanded with a new location in Spring on March 31. Per previous Community Impact reporting, Mimi Garden was founded in The Woodlands in December 2024.
4. Jeremiah's Italian Ice opening on Kuykendahl RoadJeremiah's Italian ice is opening its Creekside area location in mid-April.
The shop will feature treats such as soft ice cream, Italian ice and Jelati, a mix of soft ice cream and Italian ice.
5. The Enrichery opens seventh location in The WoodlandsThe Enrichery opened its newest location in The Woodlands, where it offers academic support, test preparation, college admissions counseling and more for K-12 students, according to a news release. The site is the seventh location for The Enrichery.
