Several new businesses have opened in The Woodlands area in the fourth quarter of 2025, including four at Market Street. Here's a look at some new businesses in town. This list is not comprehensive.

Haven Event Venue

According to a Nov. 5 press release, the team behind The Refuge Steakhouse & Bourbon Bar has opened Haven Event Venue. The venue offers full-service catering from The Refuge and customizable packages. Per the release, Haven Event Venue hosts private events and is open for bookings ahead of the holiday season. Owned by Autumn Sipes and Mark Zientek and designed in partnership with The Woodlands Style House, Haven was created to meet the growing demand for an upscale event space.Draper James

Draper James opened a new location at Market Street in The Woodlands offering clothing, dresses, accessories, shoes and kids’ wear along with home accessories and pet items, Market Street officials confirmed on Nov. 28.Pink Chicken

According to a Pink Chicken news release, the female-founded company announced the opening of its first Texas storefront in The Woodlands on Nov. 22. Per the release, the new location at Market Street is Pink Chicken’s 11th location nationally, and it was chosen for its alignment with existing retailers and its complementary target demographic.


The new storefront is designed to reflect the brand's signature colorful flair and family-friendly atmosphere for mothers and children alike, according to the company. The store showcases popular Mommy-and-Me Styling looks, favorite holiday dressing and pieces from Coop Kids, according to the release.David Yurman

David Yurman opened on Nov. 23 at Market Street in The Woodlands, a spokesperson confirmed in an email. David Yurman is a fine jewelry brand that offers pieces such as bracelets as well as other items for men and women, according to its website.Gorjana

Gorjana is now open at Market Street, according to a news release.

Gorjana is a signature fine jewelry brand founded by husband-and-wife duo, Gorjana and Jason Reidel. The jewelry store sells more than 100 different types of charms, including alphabet letters, zodiac symbols and pearls, according to its website.Perspire Sauna Studio


Perspire Sauna Studio has opened its first Houston-area location. Perspire Sauna Studio features nine private infrared sauna suites, six SNØ Showers and hospitality and wellness services. The location is owned and operated by The Woodlands residents Paul Keene and Paty Pavón-Keene.
