Plush Nail Bar will open this fall at Grogan's Mill Village Center, according to a news release from Howard Hughes.

Meet the owner

Owner and founder Cindy Phan moved to the U.S. from Vietnam in 1997, and she worked for several years as a nail technician before developing the concept of Plush Nail Bar in The Woodlands in 2017, according to the release. The new location will be the second in the community.


The business periodically donates a percentage of sales to local charities such as Interfaith of The Woodlands, HOPE and the Will Herndon Research Fund, which raises money to fund research to find a treatment and cure for juvenile Batten disease, according to the release.
