Oasis at Woodland

Oasis at Woodland, an apartment complex, opened north of FM 1488. The apartment complex offers one-to-three-bedroom apartments ranging from 812-1,803 square feet with rent starting at $1,434 per month. Amenities include a resort-style pool, an outdoor pavilion, a courtyard and a dog park, according to its website.The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center

The hotel has completed more than $4 million in renovations to areas including a lounge and restaurant in a project that wrapped up in late February, according to a March 17 news release.Kelsey-Seybold West Woodlands Clinic

Kelsey-Seybold's new West Woodlands Clinic opened north of Research Forest Drive, according to a March 3 news release. The West Woodlands Clinic offers primary care for adults and children, and OB/GYN care. The clinic has space for up to 15 providers with plans to add other medical specialties in the future, including dermatology, optometry, spine and orthopedics/sports medicine, according to the news release. The clinic also offers on-site diagnostic services, including X-rays, ultrasounds, cardiac stress testing and laboratory services, according to the news release.Chick-fil-A


Market Director Lindsay Porter confirmed Chick-fil-A reopened its 1660 Lake Woodlands Drive location March 3 following renovations such as a new drive-thru. Per the website, The Woodlands' Chick-fil-A location is operated by Ed Murray and offers Chick-fil-A menu classics, like the original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, chicken nuggets and chicken tenders.Colonnade of The Woodlands

A 42,030-square-foot retail center at FM 2978 and Woodlands Parkway, was sold to private investment group SJBC XXIII, LLC, according to a March 13 news release from SVN | J. Beard Real Estate. The center’s major tenants include Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen, School of Rock, F-45 Training, Zoo Health Club and Bear Branch Animal Hospital. SVN | J. Beard Real Estate will handle leasing and management for the center, according to the news release.
