Impact Church of The Woodlands officials said the church has plans to break ground on a new Impact Learning Center on Oct. 27.

The center will serve as a resource for the community offering theological instruction, an academic school, after-school enrichment programs and additional worship space.
“This new facility reflects the church's commitment to providing a well-rounded, faith-based education and services for families in The Woodlands and beyond,” officials said.
The background
Impact Church of the Woodlands is focused on the next generation, church officials said.
"Our goal is to leave a lasting legacy for children, youth, and young adults, ensuring that they are equipped spiritually and academically to thrive in the future," Senior Pastor Roche Coleman said.
The construction of the new Learning Center marks the final phase of a vision that began in 2012, officials said.
