Andy’s Cleaners opened Feb. 22 at the Imperial Oaks Shopping Center, 2111 Rayford Road, Spring, according to an employee. The new location is the second site for the dry cleaner, which operates another location on
Robinson Road in Oak Ridge North. Both locations feature a 24-hour kiosk for customers to drop off items.
