ExxonMobil confirms it is bringing Hughes Landing employees back to Spring location


After voluntarily ending a tax abatement with The Woodlands Township on Oct. 11 due to not being able to maintain the required number of staff at buildings it occupies in The Woodlands’ buildings at Hughes Landing, ExxonMobil said it it will be bringing employees back to its Houston campus, located in Spring.

New Oak Hill H-E-B in Southwest Austin opening on schedule


The 90,000-square-foot building includes a shaded playscape, picnic tables and a drive-thru pharmacy, according to a news release from the company.

Lincoln Experience Center to close at The Star District in Frisco


A news release announced the coming closure, and encouraged customers to visit other Lincoln retailers in Frisco, Grapevine, Fort Worth, Sherman and Dallas.

Dave's Hot Chicken plans grand opening for new Plano location

According to an announcement on its website, Dave's Hot Chicken plans to hold a grand opening Oct. 29 for its new Plano location at 8315 Preston Road.

Amazon hiring for thousands of seasonal jobs throughout Texas


Amazon is hiring over 15,000 seasonal employees throughout Texas for the holiday season, said Daniel Martin, the company's regional public relations manager.
