The median price of homes sold in the 77382 ZIP code increased by 34.2% when comparing numbers from October 2018 and 2019. Four other south Montgomery County ZIP codes saw smaller price increases, while two saw slight decreases year over year. Among homes sold in October 2019, the 77382 and 77389 ZIP codes each saw more than 50 houses on the market sell for more than $1 million. Only seven houses in the south Montgomery County area sold for less than $150,000 in October 2019, according to data gathered by Community Impact Newspaper.
