Bradford and Fairgreen drives, and Robinson Road reconstruction

Project: The three-street reconstruction project comes as the streets have begun to fail and need total reconstruction, Missouri City officials said.

Update: The $1.17 million design was completed in November.

  • Funding source: Missouri City 2021 bond
La Quinta Drive reconstruction


Project: The approximately 1.1-mile reconstruction from Oak Point Boulevard to Deerwood Lane will also include storm sewer inlets and sidewalks.

Update: Missouri City City Council approved a design contract with HDR Engineering Inc.
  • Timeline: January 2026-December 2026 (design); First quarter of 2027-December 2027 (construction)
  • Cost: $649,811 (design); $4.3 million (construction)
  • Funding source: Missouri City 2021 bond
Completed projects

Burney Old Richmond reconstruction

Project: The project replaced the existing two-lane asphalt road from West Bellfort to Howell-Sugarland Road to a three-lane concrete road with curb.


Update: Fort Bend County Precinct 3 officials held a ribbon cutting Dec. 17 marking the completion of the project.
