On Aug. 17, brand officials announced a franchise agreement with local eXp Realty agents and entrepreneurs Kunal and Sonit Seth to open a coworking space at 6920 Brisbane Court, Sugar Land. The space is expected to open the fourth quarter of this year, according to the announcement.
Once opened, the concept will feature a suburban, modernized workspace, and it will offer coworking office spaces, an express Success Café, certified Success Coaching and a Success World metaverse.
“Sonit and I are thrilled to join Success Space as members of their Founders Club,” Kunal Seth said in the announcement. “The concept of collaboration and mutual growth has been integral to our career success, and we want to share that sentiment with our city.
