Mango Biche Mia allows customers to add up to 10 different toppings to what it refers to as its mango salad, including salt, lemon, condensed milk, pepper, vinegar, hot sauce, honey and garlic.
According to franchisee Joshua Swann, the stand held its grand opening Dec. 16.
“We also will be adding all-natural juices and slushes in the near future,” Swann wrote in an email to Community Impact Newspaper.
