DATA: Price of homes sold increased in every Sugar Land, Missouri City ZIP code in June

In June, all ZIP codes in the Sugar Land and Missouri City area experienced an increase in the median price of homes sold when compared to the same month last year. In ZIP code 77459, the year over year increase was greater than 20%, and ZIP code 77498 saw a 27% increase.

Additionally, the number of homes sold in June was up year over year in three of the five area ZIP codes. ZIP code 77459 had the highest number of homes sold at 162, a decline from the 192 homes sold in the ZIP code in June last year. The fewest homes were sold in ZIP code 77489.

Sugar Land's Crescent Lakes neighborhood features 226 single-family homes. Built out in 1995, it is located near a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options, including First Colony Mall and Sugar Land Town Square. The neighborhood is zoned for Fort Bend ISD's Colony Meadows Elementary School, Fort Settlement Middle School and Clements High School.
