New medical care is coming to Fort Bend Town Center following the approval of an agreement between Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and NewQuest, the site’s developer.

The big picture

The 36,788-square-foot clinic, which is expected to break ground before the end of the year, will be located in the development's second phase, aiming to bring medical care to suburban areas in the southwest Houston area, officials said in an Aug. 11 news release.

Fort Bend Town Center's second phase is set to offer nearly 300,000 square feet of entertainment, retail and office space.

“We’re especially excited to welcome Kelsey-Seybold Clinic to the center, expanding access to high-quality health care and reinforcing our commitment to serving the daily needs of this growing region,” said Jay Sears, co-founder and managing partner of Houston-based NewQuest.
