A new golf maintenance facility is coming to Quail Valley Golf Course in Missouri City as existing infrastructure comes to the end of its usage life, city officials said.

What’s happening?

At an April 21 meeting, Missouri City City Council approved a $2.62 million construction contract with Construction Masters of Houston for a new golf course maintenance facility.

The new facility comes as the course is undergoing $5.63 million in renovations aimed at enhancing course playability and aesthetics as well as addressing drainage issues, city officials previously said. Additionally, another $746,909 was added for new cart paths.
