Free Fitness in the Plaza happens every Friday at Sugar Land Town Square. In addition to physical well-being, Ballycurves also emphasizes mental well-being. Participants in the yoga therapy classes work on loosening tight muscles, relieving pain and learning to move through injuries safely.
