George Ranch Historical Park will host special spring break activities at the park.
- 10 a.m.: Steer Round up at the 1890’s Rail Car
- 11 a.m.: Calf Roping at the 1860’s Ryon Home
- 11:30 a.m.: Cattle Auction at the 1860’s Ryon Home
- 1 p.m.: Cowboy Cooking Demonstrations and Music at the Chuckwagon Camp
- 2 p.m.: Calf Roping at the 1860’s Ryon Home
- 3 p.m.: Steer Round up at 1890’s Rail Car
