On the menu
The restaurant will offer a range of handcrafted, specialty burgers that can be made with beef, chicken, tuna and vegetarian patties. In addition to burgers, the eatery can make any burger into a salad bowl, according to a news release from the company.
The menu will also include craft beers, wine, cocktails as well as boozy and regular milkshakes, per the release.

In May, Hopdoddy will launch a new burger of the month—the Chilaquiles Rojos Burger—and three new drinks, according to the release. The drinks are:
- Gold Rush Whiskey Sour made with bourbon, lemon juice and house-made honey syrup
- Hoppicane made with rum, cherry and passion fruit puree, and lime juice
- Blazing Pineapple Margarita made with tequila, pineapple puree, lime juice and a muddled jalapeno

Hopdoddy Burger Bar will premiere in mixed-use development The Grid, featuring an open-air layout with garage doors opening to a large patio, per the release.
The Stafford eatery joins Hopdoddy’s nine other locations in the Houston area, including the Aliana eatery that opened in late January.
"The response from our Aliana opening has been incredible, and we’re so excited to continue growing our local fan base in Houston," Hopdoddy Burger Bar CEO Jeff Chandler said in the release. "With Stafford now joining the mix, our hot buns will be enjoyed by even more of our Houston-area friends!"
