Freebirds, a Texas-based fast-casual Mexican eatery, experienced set backs to the opening timeline of a new restaurant at the Fort Bend Town Center retail space.
The details
First announced by the company in October 2022, a representative said the Missouri City restaurant was supposed to open in late 2023.
Additionally, a project filing from Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation set a construction completion date for Jan. 5. However, restaurant officials said the opening was delayed, and a new date has not yet been set.
