“It’s been a huge success,” owner Ivan Yu said. “Since our soft opening on Saturday, we’ve had some customers come back as many as three times.”
So far, Yu said, customers have loved their product, which includes grilled sandwiches, wraps, salads and, of course, juices.
One reason customers love the store’s product is because they know everything is organic, Yu said.
“They know exactly what they’re getting,” he said.
Part of Yu’s business model is that he fills a need.
“I’ve worked in Sugar Land for about 10 years, and my wife went to the high school here,” he said. “We noticed that there weren’t many restaurants that offered what we do.”
According to Yu, the first 50 customers in line for their grand opening received free smoothies for a year, and the location is offering specials through the rest of the week.
