Sueba USA began construction in May on a 346-unit multifamily development located in Fort Bend Town Center.

The Class A+ development is temporarily known as Missouri City 1 and will be given a permanent name closer to opening, officials announced in a June 9 news release.

The specifics

The units will range from 496- to 2,088-square-feet with open-concept floorplans with pricing determined by market value, per the release.

The development will also feature community amenities, including:
  • A co-working station
  • Conference center
  • Fitness club
  • Pool areas
  • Starbucks coffee station
  • Dog park and pet spa
Missouri City 1 will also include covered parking and optional detached garages with EV fast-charging capabilities, per the release.


Zooming out

Missouri City 1 is part of the Fort Bend Town Center’s third phase, which includes over 250,000-square-feet of planned retail, entertainment and dining facilities, per the release.

The site also features the recently opened Missouri City park and ride facility, Community Impact reported.
