Harvest Green, a master-planned community in Richmond by Johnson Development, announced the opening of a new neighborhood with homes starting at $1.3 million, according to a Sept. 20 news release.

The details

The neighborhood planned for 90-foot homesites, located at 3400 Harvest Corner Drive, Richmond, is part of the 630-acre expansion of the master-planned community, which was announced in 2021. Other homesites range from 40-75 feet wide.

The Houston-based custom home building company, Partners in Building, will construct 29 homesites ranging from 2,800-6,000 square feet, according to the release. The master-planned community has nine other homebuilders.
