Chipotle Mexican Grill has opened a second location in Missouri City featuring a drive-thru window exclusively for digital orders.

The pick-up window, known as Chipotlane, was first introduced in early 2018 to make pickups faster and more convenient for guests and delivery drivers, officials announced in an Oct. 7 news release.

On the menu

The international restaurant chain serves build-your-own Mexican-inspired cuisine, such as bowls, burritos and quesadillas, according to its website.

The California-based company has over 3,800 restaurants across the world and is the only major restaurant chain that owns and runs all its locations in North America and Europe, per the release.

The Missouri City location will hire approximately 30 new employees.
