With just one space left to lease, Lifetime Plaza is approaching 100% occupancy, marking a major milestone for the 20,000-square-foot development, located near the corner of Hwy. 6 and Sienna Ranch Road.

The gist

The complex, managed by brokers Jennifer Zaky and Joshua Sebesta of Houston-based S&P Interests Commercial Real Estate, includes two buildings, each 10,000 square feet, designed to cater to distinct tenant categories

Building A, located on the left side of the property, is home to food and beverage businesses, while Building B is fully leased to medical providers, Zaky said.

Zaky and Sebesta are also leasing nearby Grand Sienna Plaza, which has drawn growing interest from medical providers, likely due to the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center’s upcoming 9-acre facility set to open in spring 2026.

Moving forward

Only one 2,500-square-foot space remains available, located next to Feng Cha, Zaky said. She said S&P hopes to have a lease signed for that final unit within the next 30 days.
