Johnson Development Corporation's Sienna master-planned community in Missouri City is currently constructing a resident only amenity complex.
What to expect
Director of Marketing Morghan Powell said that first phase of the project will include the following:
- A clubhouse featuring a cafe, multi-use room, tween room and outdoor patio seating
- A lap pool and pool house
- Half-court basketball courts
- An event lawn
- A playground
The community currently offers other amenities including a lake club, 160-acre sport complex with various courts, a golf course, pools and water parks, according to the website.
