New Jersey-based company ReWax and UnWine opened its second Texas location in Sugar Land in early December, a representative said.
The new event space allows customers to book private parties and public events, where they can make customized organic coconut wax candles—choosing their own jars and scent combinations, according to its website.
ReWax and UnWine can be booked for events, such as date nights, ladies nights, bridal parties and birthday celebrations, per the website.
Candle-making parties last an average of two hours, where groups pour their own custom candles with the assistance of staff, let them dry, and pass the time by playing games, singing karaoke, listening to music and mingling with other guests, according to the website.
ReWax and UnWine offers a bring-your-own alcoholic beverage model, where customers who are 21 years old and up can bring wine, beer or seltzer, per the website. The venue provides cups and bottle openers.
