Floor and Decor, a specialty retailer of hard surface flooring and other accessories, will relocate to a new location in Sugar Land, a store representative said.

The store will relocate from its current location at 3665 Hwy. 6 to a new location about 3.8 miles away, located at 7120 Cotesworth Ave.

Floor and Decor will open within The LaVance at Telfair, a new shopping plaza, Community Impact reported. Other businesses set to join the center include Starbucks, Genova Nails, Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse and Independent Bank.
