Smart Financial Centre sees $720K renovation of Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land Lounge

The suite lounge at Smart Financial Centre is getting a full cosmetic refresh.

Digging in

The Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land Lounge at Smart Financial Centre will see $720,000 renovations to its design with new flooring, modern accent lighting and more seating—its first revamped look since the venue opened in 2017. The lounge will also feature artwork representing a diverse range of international artists who have performed at the venue, Marketing Director Lauren Stacks said in an email.

The lounge is located on the second floor of Smart Financial Centre and is currently available to suites and premium ticket holders, Stacks said. Once the renovation is completed in mid-June, general ticket holders will be able to purchase lounge access as an add-on with demand-based pricing.

The renovations, which are funded by Ambassador Theatre Group, began in February and are expected to be completed by mid-June.

On the menu

With the renovations, the lounge will also see more table-side service food and beverage options, including flatbread pizzas, pastas, garden salads and desserts, Stacks said.
