The Harris County Engineering Department is designing a project to install a warranted traffic signal at the intersection of Aldine Westfield and Sciaaca roads in Spring. Victoria Bryant, assistant director for Harris County Precinct 4’s Capital Improvement Projects Division, said Harris County officials aim to begin construction on the project in the third quarter of 2022, and the project is expected to take 40 days to complete once construction begins.
