The Harris County Engineering Department is designing a project to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Kuykendahl Road and Preserve Way. According to Victoria Bryant, assistant director for Harris County Precinct 4’s Capital Improvement Projects Division, the county hopes to begin construction in the fourth quarter of 2021, and the project is expected to take 40 days to complete once construction begins.
