According to data from Homeward, homes are staying on the market longer and trending down overall in prices, as sales remain steady. According to year-over-year data, 257 homes were sold in July compared to 249 homes sold in 2024, however home sales in 77379 continued trending lower in 2025.


On the other hand, median home prices fell in ZIP codes for the Spring-Klein area, with 77069 seeing a 26% drop in average home price.


The data also shows the majority of ZIP codes in the Spring-Klein area are also having homes remain on the market longer than usual, with the exception of 77068 and 77389, which saw a 15.5% and 18.2% drop in days spent on the market respectively.
