Birchway Perry Road apartments have features available such as walk-in closets and full-size washers and dryers. Community amenities include valet trash service, a fitness center and a dog park with wash stations, according to the business’s website. Monthly rent ranges from $1,265-$1,595, and income-based housing is available for $1,135-$1,465 per month.
