Summerton at Spring rental townhomes are now open, according to MRI ApartmentData. The 1,500-1,520-square-foot townhomes are offered in three-bedroom floor plans with two- and 2.5-bathroom options, according to the community’s website. Summerton at Spring homes also feature attached two-car garages and private yards. The property was developed by Oya Property Management, according to MRI ApartmentData.
