Construction on the Saxon Pond Flats apartment complex is underway, according to an April 29 email from a spokesperson for the developer, Ascension Commercial Real Estate. The first units and the clubhouse are expected to be ready this summer, and construction began in June 2023.

The complex will include 360 units and amenities such as an outdoor pavilion area, a pond and surrounding walking trail as well as a fitness area, according to the Saxon Pond Flats website.
