Akira, a Chicago-based women’s clothing store, will open a new location inside Willowbrook Mall this fall, according to mall management. The retailer sells women’s clothing, accessories, shoes and plus-size clothing. Willowbrook Mall is located at 2000 Willowbrook Mall, Houston. 281-890-8001. www.shopakira.com
