Ellen's Cafe in Old Town Spring to transform into Lynn's Table

Ellen's Cafe in Old Town Spring plans to rebrand as Lynn's Table, restaurant officials announced via Facebook on Nov. 2. Located at 307 Gentry St., Spring, Lynn's Table will be open Wednesday-Saturday from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The chef-owned and operated concept will offer daily lunch and dinner specials in accordance with the following schedule.

Wednesdays: chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, cream gravy and the vegetable of the day

Thursdays: spaghetti bolognese

Fridays: cold-water lobster rolls, lobster salad, BLT, lobster bisque and French onion soup

Sundays: chicken and sausage gumbo
