CareNow Urgent Care opened Oct. 2 in the former location of Houston Northwest Medical Urgent Care Center, located at 7306 Louetta Road, Spring. The new after-hours walk-in clinic is open seven days a week, treats children 3 months of age or older and accepts most major health care insurance plans. CareNow Urgent Care is offering diagnostic and antibody testing for COVID-19 and is offering both in-person and virtual care options. 832-271-5589. www.carenow.com
