24 Hour Fitness celebrated the grand opening of its Spring Energy Super-Sport Gym on Dec. 14 at 1000 Lake Plaza Drive, Spring, in CityPlace at Springwoods Village. The new gym offers cardio equipment, free weights, strength machines, personal training, TRX suspension training, group exercise classes and group cycling classes.
