Six of the Spring area’s nine ZIP codes experienced an increase in the number of homes sold in January compared to January 2021, while ZIP codes 77069, 77090 and 77379 experienced a drop. Meanwhile, the median price of homes sold rose year over year in all Spring-area ZIP codes.
