While the HCFCD initially planned to debut the video to the public at a community meeting planned for March 31, the meeting was postponed due to social distancing regulations amid the coronavirus pandemic.
According to HCFCD, the video is conceptual and represents only one option among many for the basin, and the final design of the project will include input and refinement from both engineers and the public.
