A new Einstein Bros. Bagels is coming soon to the Spring-Klein area, according to a Jan. 6 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The gist
Construction is set to begin on the new bagel café March 1 and wrap up by the end of July, per the filing. The restaurant will be located near the intersection of FM 2920 and Gosling Road. The exact opening date is unknown as of press time.
