Local Lebanese cuisine food truck Lebanese Cuisine Aileen is celebrating one year in business according to management officials.

Serving a variety of Lebanese dishes such as falafel, shawarma and stuffed grape leaves, Lebanese Cuisine Aileen has operated a food truck in the Spring area since December 2024.

"After 8 years of catering, we took a big leap and opened our food truck almost a year ago. Meeting so many of you and serving our community has truly been incredible," store officials said via a Facebook announcement. "Our food is 100% homemade, fresh, and full of authentic Lebanese flavor, made with love and tradition."
