Celebrations will be taking place March 29-30 and April 1, including special promotions in-store.
The backstory
Royce and Patty Hollier opened their first Cajun butcher shop in Spring 30 years ago.
After retiring from Halliburton, Royce Hollier enjoyed cooking Cajun cuisine for his friends and neighbors, inspiring the Louisiana native to launch the business alongside his wife and two sons.
The company has grown over the years, and the business relocated from FM 1960 to a larger facility off Kuykendahl Road in 2020. Today, its products can be found in grocery stores across the South, officials said.

Customers can find authentic Cajun foods, meats and butcher services at La Boucherie.
Specialty meats include stuffed chicken, pork tenderloin, homemade sausages, ground beef and chuck roast, among others. Crawfish fettucine, sweet potato casserole, crawfish etouffee, chicken gumbo and wild rice pecan dressing are among the available sides.
